1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 188j ("the Platform," "188j," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 188j.bio, including all content, features, games, and services available thereon (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the 188j website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 188j, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2Eligibility

• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gambling, including but not limited to jurisdictions that have explicitly banned all forms of online wagering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register operated by 188j or any applicable regulatory body.
• You do not have an existing active account with 188j under the same or any other identity.

188j reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of age. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 188j, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

• One account per person. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one active account on 188j. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name or different names — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension and permanent ban.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your 188j account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. 188j will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 188j are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing: 188j targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. These are target timeframes and not guarantees.
• Verification requirements: 188j may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or in cases where unusual activity is detected. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.
• Source of funds: By depositing funds on 188j, you represent that such funds are lawfully obtained and that you are not using the platform to process, launder, or transfer the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a genuine 188j transaction constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

5Bonuses & Promotions

188j offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, rebates, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only and do not represent a guaranteed form of income or profit.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 188j platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of the Service if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform on behalf of a person who has been self-excluded or banned.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or betting market on 188j.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be considered void.

7Intellectual Property

8Disclaimer of Warranties

The 188j Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. 188j does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable;
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. 188j expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 188j and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 188j to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you on the 188j platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above shall apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10Responsible Gaming

188j is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within every player account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Session time limits — receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined playing period;
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;

11Account Suspension & Termination

188j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used by a minor;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Direction by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, 188j reserves the right to void pending withdrawals and forfeit balances where permitted by applicable law and where such funds are determined to be the product of prohibited conduct. In all other cases of termination, legitimate balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the 188j Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable online gaming regulations and general principles of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 188j Service that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent 188j from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate harm.
